DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY
Once the order has been validated and subject to product availability, we undertake to ship your order within 5 working days.
You will be notified by email as soon as the order is shipped with the tracking number of the package corresponding to your shipment.
We generally use two service providers for delivering parcels in France: COLISSIMO or CHRONOPOST.
For Europe and the World, we generally use UPS or DHL.
Contact details and delivery location:
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the contact details provided when ordering, particularly the delivery address.
We cannot be held responsible for any errors made when entering the address and the related consequences (delay or delivery error).
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery charges are payable upon ordering.
The amount of delivery costs varies depending on the carrier and the delivery option chosen as well as the destination, for example Metropolitan France, Europe, etc.
This amount is indicated to the customer when placing the order.
We will keep you informed of any shipping delays that we become aware of.
Upon delivery, we recommend that you check the condition of the packaging and merchandise in the presence of the delivery person. If in doubt, we invite you to refuse the package and notify us within 48 hours.
If this procedure is not followed, CORDALP disclaims all liability.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND
You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund. This period begins upon receipt of the package.
TERMS:
The item(s) must be returned to us in their original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the order form or invoice.

Exercising the right of withdrawal will result in the reimbursement of all costs incurred, excluding delivery costs.
Reimbursement is made by the same payment method used by the customer on the website www.cordalp.fr
